These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Hestia Pharma website, in accordance with applicable Tunisian laws<\/strong>, including the Consumer Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law.<\/p>

2. Acceptance<\/h3>

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reserve.<\/p>

3. Contract Formation<\/h3>

  • The contract is formed once Hestia Pharma confirms the order electronically.<\/p><\/li>

  • Prior to completing an order, the customer receives all required information: company identity, product details, total price, delivery fees, payment terms, withdrawal rights, and return conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Prices and Payments<\/h3>

    • All prices are listed in Tunisian Dinars (TND).<\/p><\/li>

    • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payments may be made using the methods available on the website.<\/p><\/li>

    • The customer guarantees the accuracy and legitimacy of the payment information used.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Hestia Pharma will notify the customer and issue a full refund.<\/p>
