1. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>

    2. Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal<\/h3>

      3. Return Conditions<\/h3>

      To be eligible for a return:<\/p>

      • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging<\/p><\/li>

      • All accessories and documentation must be included<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Return shipping fees<\/strong> are at the customer\u2019s expense, except in cases of:<\/p>

        • Wrong product delivered<\/p><\/li>

          In these cases, Hestia Pharma will cover all return costs.<\/p>

          4. Refund Process<\/h3>

          • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, Hestia Pharma will issue a full refund within 15 days<\/strong> from the date of notification.<\/p>
